Terms of purchase & Delivery

§1 General Information

Zest Design complies with EU GDPR legislation, and you can always request the information we received about you in connection with your order. When you have ordered an item at checkout, an agreement is entered into, where we save the information about you that is required for us to be able to carry out the order, send your item and contact you. The information you enter is only for us to see, and is protected from external access.

If you choose to pay with Klarna at checkout, Klarna saves information about you so that your payment can go through. For more information about it, you can read more about Klarna below.

§2 Delivery

§2.1 Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days, but we reserve the right for a delivery time of up to 10 working days. As each ring is created uniquely just for you, the working time may vary depending on which ring is made, because in the end it is the quality that is most important to us. If it is expected to take longer than the specified delivery time, we will contact you about any delays.

A delivery confirmation from Zest Design is sent to the email address or phone number you entered at checkout. It is therefore important that you are accurate and enter the correct contact address when making your purchase. If the shipment is untraceable or lost during delivery, you must contact us as soon as possible.

§2.2 Method of delivery

Our deliveries are sent with the postal code REK.

At the moment we only deliver within Sweden.

The shipment can only be acknowledged by presenting valid identification or by an agent who presents both identifications at one of Postnord's delivery points. As the shipment is of value, we will be notified when the package has been acknowledged and delivered.

Uncollected item: For packages that have not been collected, a fee for unclaimed packages of SEK 400 is charged, the same applies if the package cannot be delivered to you. It corresponds to the costs caused by sending out and returning the package.

§2.3 Cost

The delivery cost is SEK 49.

§2.4 Do you have an urgent delivery?

Contact us if you have a deadline for your order, and we will of course try to come up with a solution that suits you! All deliveries are expected to arrive on time, but should it be the case that your ring is to be used for example for a wedding or as a gift and you are extra careful that it needs to be delivered within a certain date, it is good that you let us know. If you are aware that it is urgent even before you place your order, it is best that you contact us beforehand, so that we can ensure that we can meet your wishes.

§3 Payment

§3.1 Card payment

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Follow the instructions at checkout and choose card payment. You can also pay directly via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

§ 3.2 Invoice

It is possible to pay by invoice with our partner Klarna. We also offer direct and partial payment through this service. If you choose to pay with Klarna, according to Klarna's terms and conditions, a credit report is made on your social security number. To pay with Klarna, follow the instructions at checkout and then choose whether you want to pay with;

- Klarna Pay Later (invoice)

- Klarna Pay Now (direct payment)

- Klarna slice it (part payment)

§4 Right Of Withdrawal

§4.1 Returns

You can return your item to us within 14 days of receiving the item, and you will of course get your money back. If, on the other hand, you have ordered a ring that is not available on the website (special order) or has been modified in some other way according to your wishes (e.g. initial), the ring is deprived of the right to return and size adjustment. More information about special orders and designer rings can be found below.

A ring that has been treated in any way by an outside jeweler cannot be returned either. To return an item, it is required that it is in new condition, that the inner packaging is in resalable condition. So you don't have to send it back in the same outer packaging, but everything else should be intact and in new condition.

§4.2 Size adjustment standard range

The rings that are available to order in our standard range can be returned for a size adjustment within 14 days after you receive the delivery. A size adjustment incurs a cost of SEK 400.

§4.3 Design rings (Limited edition)

Zest's design rings (limited edition) are returned no later than 14 days after the package is received, and must also be sent back in the same inner and outer packaging. Design rings cannot be sized. Therefore, returns only apply if the ring does not fit. However, it is possible to make a special order instead, where we tailor a ring completely according to your wishes.

§4.4 Special orders (e.g. wedding & engagement rings)

Size adjustment on special orders (rings that cannot be ordered in our assortment on the website) has a cost of SEK 1,000. To make a size adjustment, the package must be sent back in its inner and outer packaging, as well as accompanying documentation, within 14 days of the package being received by you.

It is therefore possible to adjust ( for an additional cost), but not return, specially ordered rings. This is because we tailor an order just for you, and it is therefore not resaleable.

§5 Personal Data

Zest Design needs to save and process personal data about you, such as name, email, address, phone number and social security number. The purpose of such processing is to be able to complete the services you wanted, such as sending orders home, handling service matters or other service after orders.

We have received your information from your contact with us. This can be from orders, phone calls or email contact. We apply the applicable privacy legislation at all times in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent you have given when interacting with us (accepting our terms). Your data will be saved as long as there is relevance in the individual case and we have fulfilled our commitment. For example, information from an order is deleted as soon as it is completed, information about the purchase of goods is saved as long as there is relevance for the life of the goods.

Zest Design is responsible for personal data. You have the right to contact us if you want information about the data we have about you, to request correction, transfer or to request that we limit the processing, to make objections or request deletion of your data. The easiest way to do this is to contact us via email. If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority Datainspektionen.
